An eclectic mix of both people and houses is its hallmark, but it’s the ready access to the many attractions of White Rock Lake that make its location hard to beat.

Nestled in a small area near White Rock Lake, Little Forest Hills is known for its 1920s-era small cottages Many of the homes from the 1950s have their original chainlink fences, which provide an open view of the neighborhood.

The neighborhood organizes many activities throughout the year, like the White Rock Lake cleanup (their neighborhood volunteer group is called the Trash Talkers), 5ks and half marathons, and the annual White Rock East Garden Tour.
