The hilly, serpentine streets, mature trees, and creeks. The area feels secluded, but it’s easy to jump on LBJ and the Tollway

The noise from nearby Addison Airport has increased significantly in recent years.

Fun Fact

It wasn’t until 1983, when a bridge was constructed, that you could drive Spring Valley Road between Hillcrest and Preston roads.
